TOUR CANCELLATION

Our cancellation policy for our tours/activities is within 14 days after booking is made. If you need to cancel, and it is more than 14 days after the booking date, you will receive a rain check, which has no expiration date.

HOUSE CANCELLATION

Our cancellation policy for our house rental is 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If you need to cancel and it is not 45 days prior to the date of your arrival, you will receive a rain check, which has no expiration date.
